How does the gift voucher work?
If you’d like to surprise someone with a gift voucher for an escape room adventure, the recipient can use it for any game from our selection. They simply need to book their desired time slot in advance and bring the voucher – either in printed form or as an electronic version on their phone.
What is the price of the voucher?
The voucher price matches the standard game price and depends on the number of participants. Each game can host 2 to 6 players:
- 2 players – 4000 RSD
- 3 players – 5000 RSD
- 4 players – 5500 RSD
- 5 players – 6000 RSD
- 6 players – 6500 RSD
For example, if you’re purchasing a voucher for two people, the price is 4000 RSD. If the voucher is for a group of six, the price is 6500 RSD. Should the group decide to adjust the number of players, they can pay the difference on-site.
How can I get a voucher?
You can obtain the voucher in two ways:
- In-person: Pick it up at one of our locations after scheduling a time via phone (065 860 7750, business hours: 2 PM – 9 PM). Payment is in cash, as card payments are not supported.
- Electronically: After transferring the payment to our account, we will email you the voucher. The electronic version is identical to the physical one and can be printed if needed, though showing it on a phone is sufficient.
How do I order a voucher?
For an electronic voucher, email us at getoutrs@gmail.com with the following details:
- The name of the person gifting the voucher.
- The name of the person receiving the voucher.
- The number of participants in the group.
We will send you the payment details and prepare the voucher, which will be sent to you after the payment is confirmed.
If you prefer to collect the voucher in person, call us at 065 860 7750 to arrange a time for pickup.
What does the voucher look like?
The voucher includes the name of the person gifting it, the name of the recipient, and the number of participants. It also features a unique code that our Game Master uses to validate the voucher.
